Park Square Homes now offers on-demand, self-guided tours through UTour, allowing you to explore some of our best move-in ready homes on your own schedule! If early mornings or after business hours are the most convenient for you to shop for a new home – we are here for you! Follow these quick and easy steps to schedule your tour today, online or onsite at a community.
1. Scan or click to schedule
Click: On this website, click the 'Schedule a Self-Tour' button on the available home you are interested in to be directed to the self-tour scheduling platform, powered by UTour.
Scan: While exploring a community, look out for a sign with a QR code in front of available homes where self-tours are offered. Scan the QR code with your phone's camera app to access the scheduling platform.
2. Set up your account
If this is your first visit, click 'Create Account'. Returning visitors can log in with their email address and password.
3. Select your desired date and time
You can also select the 'Tour Now' time option to tour the home immediately.
4. Verification of Driver's License
This identity verification is only required on your very first visit.
Follow the prompts to take a picture of the front and back of your license, then take a selfie and submit.
5. Receive 4 digit code
Agree to the terms and conditions and you will receive your 4-digit entry code. Arrive at the home during your scheduled time.
6. Tour home
On the front door, hold your palm over the lock keypad to activate it. Then enter your access code and click the checkmark on the bottom left to unlock the home.
Please ensure the door completely closes behind you when you enter and leave the home. Enjoy your tour!
