Park Square Homes' 12th Builder Blitz
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (Jan. 13, 2026) – Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County is partnering with Park Square Homes and Walker & Company to build two energy-efficient, affordable homes for two local families, that will be completed in just a few weeks. Taking place in Orange County’s Holden Heights neighborhood, Builders Blitz 2026 kicked off Jan. 13 with a groundbreaking ceremony.
“We’re excited to build two brand new, affordable homes in Orange County as we continue our mission to transform communities by addressing the root causes of the housing crisis,” said Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County President & CEO Catherine Steck McManus. “We are extremely grateful to Park Square Homes and Walker & Company for continuing to help us pioneer housing solutions in our community.”
This is the 12th Habitat home that local builder Park Square Homes and its subcontractors and vendors will donate the materials, supplies and labor to build as part of the annual Builders Blitz event. Walker & Company marks its 6th Habitat home donation and continues its longstanding support of Habitat Orlando & Osceola’s mission.
This year’s homes will be purchased by two local families with an affordable mortgage.
