Park Square Homes unveils three new townhome communities

ORLANDO, Fla. – Coming on the heels of the debut of its new townhome models at Ambergate in Apopka, Park Square Homes has introduced three additional new townhome communities in Orlando and Sanford:
•Goldenrod Reserve, located at 4190 Goldenrod Road in Orlando, a gated community of 156 townhomes featuring a cabana and pool, tot lot and a dog park.
•Sawgrass Landing, located at 1701 East Wetherbee Road in Orlando, featuring 121 townhomes with a neighborhood pool and cabana.
•Windsor Square, located at 5351 North Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Sanford, a community of 66 townhomes.
The townhomes at each community are available in five home designs with living areas ranging from 1,522 to 1,737 square feet and offering three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and one- or two-car garages. Two of the home designs offer an option to convert the second-floor loft into a fourth bedroom. Each townhome community includes complete lawn care and common area maintenance. Park Square’s townhomes start from the low $200,000s.
Designer furnished models of four of the home designs are available for viewing at the Ambergate sales and model center located at 1051 Sheeler Avenue in Apopka. The Ambergate community includes 144 townhomes and a playground and offers several homes that are available for move-in this year.
Pre-sales by appointment are now being offered prior to community openings at Goldenrod Reserve, Sawgrass Landing and Windsor Square.
