We chose Point Cypress as our new home due to the location in the Dr. Phillips area.  Great restaurants, easy access to the airport.  The layout of our four bedroom villa is exactly what we were looking for.  The large master bedroom suite and the view of the pond sold us immediately!

Our experience with Park Square Homes (Point Cypress) from our initial visit to purchase (the next day), closing, move in, to the few post closing questions and minor fixes needed  has been outstanding. The quality of construction and degree of finish in our home has been exceeded only by their on site salesperson, Michelle Clerico.  Her personality and professionalism complimented her open, friendly, helpful willingness to please, can-do attitude.  There is no task too big or too small.
