Before Park Square Homes begins construction of your new home we guide you through construction process with one of our senior Construction Managers. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the construction of your home and understand what will go into your finished home. You will be able to review the special touches you have added to your home with your construction team to ensure that everything has been passed along to your satisfaction.

Your construction professional provides you with a guided "Behind the Walls" tour of your new home.

 Quality Assurance Inspection |
|
|
Prior to your home being delivered to you for your final inspection, Park Square Homes’ senior Construction Managers and Customer Relations Managers; will conduct an in-depth Quality Inspection of your home. We will go room by room inspecting the quality of the final craftsmanship to ensure that the home is move-in ready for you prior to your homeowners orientation.

 Welcome Home Orientation |

Prior to you closing on your new home a PSH Customer Relations Manager will walk you through your completed new home. We will take you through the entire home inside and out; room-by-room to demonstrate how all of the installed features operate and function. We will review with you the manufactures operating instructions, review proper care and maintenance schedules. We will review the warranty on your home and how customer care services will benefit you once you move in.

 14 Day Courtesy Visit |

In order to enhance your overall satisfaction we offer our courtesy 14 day "touch Up Program" after you move into your new Park Square home.

 30 Day Visit |

This is an opportunity to review your homeowner maintenance schedule and to ensure the functionality of your new home.

 10th Month Visit |
