Moving into a new home is an exciting and memorable experience. Park Square Homes wants that experience to continue long after you move in. We want you to feel secure that we will be there for any warrantable service needs you may have. To facilitate this, we have established procedures for warranty requests.
Before you submit a warranty request, please review the following questions:
- Is the item warrantable? Check the construction quality standards listed in your owner's manual to determine if this item is covered by the warranty.
- Is the item covered by a manufacturer warranty or subcontractor warranty? Examples:
- Appliances are covered by the manufacturer.
- HVAC is covered by the PSH subcontractor for the first year.
- A list of the contact numbers for these items was given to you during your Homeowner Orientation. If you have misplaced this list, please email CustomerRelations@ParkSquareHomes.com .
If you have determined the item is covered by your warranty, we ask that you submit your request in writing. This can be done by fax, mail or email. Please click on one of the links below:
Once we receive a written request, we will contact you to confirm the receipt of the request. Next, a Customer Relations Representative will arrange for one of our Warranty Technicians to visit your home to evaluate the situation and determine what course of action should be taken. To facilitate this, be sure to include phone numbers where you can be reached during the day.
Extended Warranty Information
You are purchasing a home from a builder member of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW) program. That means Park Square is providing you with the best new home warranty coverage available. Rest assured, your new home has ten years of major structural defect coverage that starts on the day of closing.
2-10 Warranty Program Includes:

Ten full years of structural defect coverage for designated load-bearing components.

Two full years of systems surety coverage against defects in wiring,piping, and ductwork in electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating and mechanical systems.

One full year of surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials.
